Job Description
Haig Service Corporation is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Bridgewater, New Jersey team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain consultative client relationships and engage in retention selling to ensure continued long-term success and profitability, contributing to the existing active Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) in force.

Provide on-site technical training to various stakeholders including architects, consulting engineers, risk providers, AHJs, end-users/owners, and key accounts.

Explore and build partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances.
-
Diagnose and respond to client needs, with consistent written and verbal follow-ups on all aspects of requests.

Coordinate with the service and Corporate teams to ensure awareness of upcoming projects, opportunities, and/or changes in customer specifications in order to maximize chances of opportunity conversion.

Maintain an on-going Sales Funnel that represents a minimum of 3x's your assigned monthly quota.

Provide timely and detailed documentation in advance of meetings and site visits, generally staying in touch with and disseminating critical information flow, as applicable.

Conduct research and analysis of strategic market/project opportunities consistent with HSC's strategy.

Participate in strategic planning processes with the President and/or C.E.O.

Implement business plans and initiatives in coordination with other business functions.

Work closely with Management to inform them of market conditions, pricing issues, competitive trends, and similar.

Meet or exceed your assigned monthly goals within 180 days of your agreed upon start date.

We are looking for an organized go getter to help with day to day office work including but not limited to: filing, scanning, data entry, and answering corporate phone.
Ability to learn our specific client/service management software.
Must have a good attitude, good with customer service and willing to learn.
Strong computer knowledge.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, using and editing PDF's.
Collections Experience is good.
Able to assist with writing sales quotes, and data entry.

Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced fire alarm technicians with FASA/BASA for the state of Florida. NICET I or II is a plus, if you do not have NICET we will train you, pay for the courses, books and testing and set you on a course for career & knowledge improvement. Must pay attention to detail, work with a team or individually, communicative in all aspects of the job (with office staff, clients and other techs) Must have a willingness to share and absorb knowledge to/from other company techs. Have a keen ability to figure out problems (troubleshooting) and come up with a detailed solution, ability to present this solution to service department and client. Be on time, clean, professional. Own and maintain a basic tool set and diagnostic equipment to perform all aspects of your job. Your responsibilities will include service, testing & inspections and maintenance of commercial fire alarm and security systems. Must be flexible for on call and/or after hours or early morning service when needed. Must have a valid Drivers License and your own vehicle for the ability to get to work/office. We supply a service vehicle w/ gas card. No negative attitude toward the company, business or the people you work with.
